Estuvo delicioso!

There is nothing better in the world than to be with the family on Christmas and create memories. It had been a while since the five of us were together, so we are trying to enjoy the time we have to the fullest because, with today’s uncertainty, we unfortunately don’t know when we’ll get to be together again.
We decided to cook today… well, my brother cooked and we accompanied him and helped him with the tedious things like grating the cheese and cutting the bread. We played Christmas music, Michael Buble, of course, and we laughed while we danced and made my younger brother feel embarrased. My brother, Fran, has become a great cook and everything he makes is excelent. This mushroom and asparagus risotto wasn’t the exception. We paired it with truffle salt and parmesan cheese and on the side we had baked bread topped with prociutto. It was delicious!
