Signals

You’ll probably think that I’m crazy for what I’m about to say… and if you’re a Christian, you understand exactly what I mean. Sometimes God sends you signals for what he wants in your life, for the path that he wants you to take… and those signals are generally sent in ways that only you would understand and see.

This week has been a week filled with those signals. Signals that have led me to understand that I need to be accountable for what happens to me, let it be good or bad… there is no blaming anyone else. If you’re being negative, complaining, blaming others, gossiping and sitting on your couch not doing anything… then probably nothing good is going to happen in your life. But if you’re helping others, being positive about everything, brushing off the little things, working hard on what you love, etc… then good things will happen.
 You could wish and pray for your business to be successful, but if you don’t work on your blog posts, don’t send emails reaching out to brands or thanking them for sending you items; or if you don’t attend the events you’re invited to in order to network with other people in the business… it’s just simply not going to succeed.
Don’t forget to pray, but also don’t forget to work hard for what you want.

Probablemente vas a pensar que estoy loca por lo que voy a decir… y si eres Cristiano sabrás exactamente a lo que me refiero. A veces Dios te manda señales de las cosas que quiere para tu vida, del camino que El quiere que tomes… y esas señales normalmente te las manda a través de vías que sólo tú entenderías y verías.
Esta semana ha estado llena de esas señales. Señales que me han hecho comprender que tu eres culpable de las cosas que te pasan,  sean buenas o malas… no hay más nadie a quien culpar que a ti mismo. Si estás siendo negativo, quejándote, culpando a otros, chismeando y sentado en tu sofa sin hacer nada… entonces probablemente nada bueno te pase. Pero si estás ayudando a los demás, siendo positivo, sin preocuparte de las cosas pequeñas y trabajando duro por lo que quieres, etc… cosas buenas te sucederán.
Puedes rezar y desear que tu negocio sea exitoso, pero si te da fastidio escribir tus entradas en el blog,  si no mandas emails a marcas o das las gracias por los productos que te enviaron, o si no vas a los evento a los que te invitan para poder relacionarte con otras personas en el negocio… simplemente no vas a ser exitoso.
No te olvides nunca de rezar, pero tampoco te olvides de luchar y trabajar duro por lo que quieres.
