Throw Back Thursday |

Isn’t it funny how trends come back? I bet that you could look for a picture from when you were younger to post a #TBT on Instagram and you could probably wear that same outfit today and definitely pull it off!

I love how this outfit looks, and the funny thing is that I totally would have worn this whole outfit in the 5th grade and again in High School (I definitely did). This is why, for a hoarder like me, it is difficult to clean out the closet and give things away. You never know if you are going to regret getting rid of that Limited Too choker that you used to wear on the 5th grade because you could wear it out to dinner tonight and look absolutely chic in it!

Aside from the choker, I remember layering a tight strappy cami over a white Abercrombie & Fitch polo and, even though everything was super tight and uncomfortable, felt so cool and fashionable! Well, I’m glad that we’ve evolved a bit and figured out that the tight top over the loose one wasn’t a good idea and that it was better to have the loose strappy cami over the tight white shirt!

I’m probably going to squeeze a little bit more out of this trend for my Fall outfits. Can you picture a long, tight white shirt under a cool woven tank?? Wow… I do!

Me encanta como se ve éste outfit, y lo gracioso es que yo me hubiese puesto exactamente lo mismo en 5to grado y después en Bachillerato (definitivamente lo hice). Es por esto que, para una acaparadora como yo, es tan difícil limpiar el closet y regalar cosas. Nunca sabes si te vas a arrepentir de haber botado aquella gargantilla de Limited Too (se me cayó la cédula) que usabas en 5to grado porque lo podrías usar hoy para una cena y verte absolutamente chic!

Aparte de la gargantilla, recuerdo cuando utilizaba una camisa pegadita de tiritas sobre una chemisse blanca de Abercrombie & Fitch y, aunque todo era súper pegadito e incomodo, me sentía tan cool y fashion! Bueno, me alegra que hemos mejorado un poco la cosa y nos dimos cuenta que el top pegadito sobre el flojito no era tan buena idea y que era mejor el top flojito arriba y la camisa pegada abajo!

Probablemente exprima un poco más esta tendencia para mis outfits de otoño. Pueden imaginarse una camisa blanca manga larga y pegadita sobre un top de tiritas tejido?? Uff… yo si!
