I love salads because you can whip up so many amazing and simple combinations with them. They are also very refreshing and ideal for the warm seasons.
I got this seared tuna salad recipe from an awesome food blog that, unfortunaltely, doesn’t exist anymore. It was called Julianna Blog (here is their Instagram so you can check out the wonderful recipes that they created). But it’s so easy to prepare that I don’t really need the recipe; you just simply cover the fresh ahi tuna with a lot of pepper and sesame seeds and you warm it up in a skillet until it is a little bit cooked on the outside. Lastly, you add a little bit of dijon mostrad vinaigrette and you have exquisite and simple lunch or dinner.
